I thought the quarantine might be a good time to take an online course and get my real estate license. however, I was just thinking if after the quarantine is lifted there's any chance that brokerages might not be hiring. will it be an active market for me to find clients? I just don't know if it's going to be worth my time and money.

The quarantine is a good time to get your license because you'll have plenty of time to study up and ace the tests. I'd just be a little concerned as to where the market is once we reopen. Deals might be closing but for how long? we might have to go back into lockdown if covid spread again.

I'm not sure if it's the best time ever to get into real estate in NYC, but seems like it's a hell of a great time to get into it outside the city right now. Especially upstate, Connecticut and New jersey.

It's certainly interesting to see where the market has landed after all this time. I would say get those boots strapped on and get ready to join the real estate force. It will some interesting times once everyone is vaccinated. I have a feeling we're all going to make some money even if things don't look happening right at this moment.
