About Bellerose Neighborhood

Bellerose is a residential neighborhood located on the eastern border of Queens. It has a suburban feel with a city twist. It is very convenient in terms of accessibility to the city (via MTA and the LIRR) as well as its proximity to JFK Airport. This culturally diverse area is predominately composed of White, Indian and Middle Eastern families. The environment is very calm, clean and family-centered, with many great school options to choose from. Cross Island Parkway surrounds the neighborhood making for easy access to Long Island and other areas of the city. Housing mostly consists of detached Colonial and Cap Cod single-family houses with a few apartments, condos and attached homes as well.
