Auburndale Apartments for Rent
About Auburndale Neighborhood

Auburndale is located in East Queens, right next door to Bayside. This is a large but peaceful residential area and mostly upper middle class, much like its neighbor. Auburndale is particularly known for its Tudor and colonial-style homes, which the neighborhood is mostly made up of. Prices are moderate to high for Queens in sales, while on the lower end for rentals. The neighborhood is accessible by the LIRR, but is beyond the MTA train lines. The good news is that it takes less than 30 minutes to commute to Midtown by LIRR. There are a restaurants and supermarket on a couple major avenues, but the area remains grossly residential.
