About NoMad Neighborhood

NoMad, also known as North of Madison Square Park, is a neighborhood located in Manhattan. It is bordered on the south by East 25th Street and on the north by East 30th Street with Sixth Avenue to its west and Madison Avenue to its east. Much of the neighborhood is full of entertainment venues, hotels, restaurants, and office buildings, although a lot of high-rise luxury condominiums and apartments have begun to arise. Madison Square Park is the main local attraction for leisure activities. Popular cultural attractions, nightlife, and restaurants include The Museum of Sex, 230 Fifth Avenue rooftop bar and Eataly. The vibe is fast-paced during the week and more relaxed on weekends since it is removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.
