About Greenwood Neighborhood

Greenwood is a neighborhood located on the western portion of Brooklyn, between Gowanus and Sunset Park. The housing is a mix of condos and wood-framed townhouses. Unlike its neighbor Park Slope, there is a low amount of foot traffic and the trendy bars and restaurants are never too crowded. Fifth Avenue is the busiest area where there tends to be the most noise and traffic. There is a lot of development and new businesses moving to the area so it is only a matter of time before rent prices increase. Greenwood Park and Greenwood Cemetery are where most locals like to enjoy the outdoors.
