Woodstock, sometimes known as Longwood, is a little known neighborhood in the South Bronx just north of Mott Haven, and west of Hunts Point. Woodstock features is mix of attached townhouses, rowhouses, and large apartment complexes. Like Mott Haven, this neighborhood even has it's own landmarked streets known as the Longwood Historic District. With two train lines running through the neighborhood, low real estate prices, and a good variety of businesses, and activity stirring up in nearby neighborhoods like Highbridge and Mott Haven, Woodstock has already seen some development and gentrification.
