Kingsbridge is an up-and-coming area at the southern border of Van Cortlandt Park, adjacent to choice neighborhoods like Fieldston, Riverdale, and Spuyten Duyvil. On top of being close to desirable neighborhoods, the 1 train comes right in from the city and maintains lower housing prices than its more posh neighbors.
