Number of Floors
432 Park Ave is a Mixed Residential/Commercial building located in Midtown East, Manhattan constructed in 2015. This 96-story building has 125 units.
The building is within Community District 105 and zoned for the following schools - P.S. 059 Beekman Hill International, J.H.S. 104 Simon Baruch.
How Tall is the Building?
432 Park Avenue is a building that’s a first of its kind--a mega skyscraper that is exclusively residential, consisting of luxury condos. This is no ordinary ultra-tall skyscraper. Currently, it’s the second-tallest finished building in New York City, second only to 1 World Trade Center at 1,396-feet and 96 stories. In fact, 432 Park is actually taller than the Freedom Tower when you exclude the Freedom Tower’s spire.
Who Designed the Building?
Designed by world-renowned architect Rafael Vinoly, it’s the new benchmark of “Billionaire’s Row”, displaying how daringly slender a super tall skyscraper can be. It required a special ingenuity and innovation in its construction and engineering. Ten by ten-foot windows frame panoramic views of the city and Central Park from each apartment. Most condos feature private dressing rooms, private elevator landings, ensuite marble bathrooms including his and her bathrooms in the sprawling master bedroom suites, oak herringbone floors, and loft-like ceilings. Light permeates through every area of the apartments.

Residents can enjoy 30,000 square feet of luxury space and services which include a top-of-the-line fitness center, spa and sauna, massage rooms, yoga studio, and 75-foot long pool.
In addition, the building houses a tranquil and posh library, a lavishly-appointed conference room, children’s playroom, library, billiards room, and film screening theater.
What Services Are Provided?
432 Park Avenue comes fully staffed with over 40 members for the concierge and service team. Luxury services include but are not limited to 24-hour concierge, valet parking, pet-grooming services, car shipping and delivery, art shipping and storage, and making travel and event arrangements.
Some of the more exclusive services and amenities are a fitness staff that offers a full range of service in personal training, fitness, and health; a private restaurant that features a Michelin-star chef, indoor dining, 5,000 square feet of an outdoor dining terrace with sweeping city views, and in-suite dining services delivered to your apartment; and a state-of-the-art temperature-controlled wine cellar to store personal wine collections.
Residents can also opt to purchase studios in the building for private use or housing guests or private staff members like housekeeping, assistants, or au pairs. These studios are available for purchase exclusively to members of the 432 Park Avenue community.
How Much Does it Cost to Buy an Apartment?
432 has pushed the boundaries of just how luxury-priced a luxury condominium can be, with a penthouse unit selling for $95 million when the building had barely begun construction.
This is only second to the highest closing at One57, another supertall luxury condominium building, for $100.5 million. Prices generally range from about $10-$70 million.
The few rentals units available in the building are asking from $50,000-$70,000 a month.
Who Lives in the Building?
Here residents can rub shoulders with their neighbors that range from celebrities to billionaire business moguls. 432 includes a healthy mix of international residents as well. Famous condo owners include Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez, Bennett LeBow (tycoon and head of Vector Group), David Chu (founder of Nautica), and Fawaz Al Hokair (Saudi billionaire and property developer).
