The original structure is 12 stories with a four-story addition, making the tallest point 15 stories.
Who Designed the Building?
The Clock Tower Building was built in 1914 by Robert Gair and was originally intended to be an industrial factory building. It wasn’t until rezoning approval in the late 90’s that the former industrial factory was converted to a 124-unit condominium.

The luxury amenities enjoyed by the penthouse are far superior to the standard amenities for the rest of the building. The Clocktower’s triplex penthouse was once named “Unsellable” by the New York Post. It stayed on the market for over six years until it was finally sold for $15 million (instead of $25M).
The triplex penthouse breaks the record for the "most expensive condo ever sold in Brooklyn".
